I have been attending the Gentle Yoga sessions on Wednesday mornings for a while now and have benefited greatly, both in mind and body. Lisa has brought the practice of yoga into my heart and I am able to practice its benefits at home because of what I have learned. Her style lends itself to an easy, unintimidating practice with accommodating positions for each individual.
